This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, missed sessions and refunds are handled by Bee McManus. It operates alongside any statutory consumer rights.
Clients should provide at least 48 hours' notice to move an appointment. With sufficient notice, the session will normally be rescheduled without charge. Where less notice is given, The Client will pay 50% of the session fee.
If a client does not attend and has not cancelled, The Client will pay 100% of the session fee. If a client arrives late, the session will normally still finish at the scheduled time unless otherwise agreed.
If the Coach cancels, the client will be offered a reasonable alternative date. If an alternative cannot be agreed for a prepaid session, the client will receive an appropriate refund or credit.
Where a consumer books coaching online, by telephone or otherwise at a distance/off premises, a statutory cancellation period may apply. The practice will provide the required pre-contract information and explain how to cancel. If the client expressly asks for services to start during an applicable cancellation period, the practice will obtain the required request and explain any lawful payment consequences. Statutory rights take priority over this policy.
For coaching packages outside any statutory cancellation right, the practice policy is: unused future sessions refundable less sessions already supplied. This clause works in conjunction with clause 2 of this document, and the Coaching Agreement and Terms.
Send a clear cancellation request to coach@beemcmanus.com including your name, programme/ session type and booking date. We will confirm receipt and explain any refund or outstanding balance.
